PROPERTY LITIGATION PARALEGAL, MIN 12 MONTHS PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE – REMOTE WORKING – £COMPETITIVE

About the Role

An award-winning commercial law firm, renowned for its high-calibre client base, is seeking a Property Litigation Paralegal with a minimum of 12 months of practical experience. This role offers remote working and a competitive salary package.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist in managing a busy caseload of property litigation matters, including lease renewals, landlord and tenant disputes, possession proceedings, service charge disputes, boundary disputes, and dilapidations within the County Court and First Tier Tribunal.
2. Conduct legal research and assist in drafting documents, witness statements, court applications, pleadings, trial bundles, and manage documents for hearings and trials.
3. Communicate effectively with clients, counsel, landlords, tenants, and other stakeholders to keep them informed and updated.
4. Manage workload efficiently, meet tight deadlines, and contribute to achieving optimal client outcomes.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of 12 months' practical experience as a Paralegal in a Property Litigation Department.
• Solid understanding of property law and litigation processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a busy environment.
