PROPERTY LITIGATION PARALEGAL, MIN 12 MONTHS PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE – REMOTE WORKING – £COMPETITIVE

Award-winning commercial law firm, renowned for its high-calibre client base, is seeking a Property Litigation Paralegal with a minimum of 12 months of practical experience.

Responsibilities

1. Assist in managing a busy caseload of property litigation matters, including lease renewals, landlord and tenant disputes, possession proceedings, service charge disputes, boundary disputes, and dilapidations within the County Court and First Tier Tribunal.
2. Conduct legal research and assist in drafting documents, witness statements, court applications, pleadings, and preparing trial bundles.
3. Manage documents for hearings and trials efficiently.
4. Communicate effectively with clients, counsel, landlords, tenants, and other stakeholders to keep them informed and updated.
5. Manage workload efficiently, meet deadlines, and contribute to achieving positive client outcomes.

Requirements

• Minimum 12 months of experience as a Paralegal in a Property Litigation Department.
• Solid understanding of property law and litigation processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting.
