Join our client, a leading commercial law firm, as a junior property lawyer within the Clean Energy Real Estate team. Based in Edinburgh or Glasgow, you will advise developers, investors, and funders on projects in the renewable energy sector, including offshore wind, onshore wind, solar, and battery storage developments. The role involves both transactional and advisory work.
The team is interested in candidates who are dual-qualified, ideally at the NQ-4 level PQE, but they are also open to applicants qualified solely in Scots law. Relevant real estate experience and a strong interest in clean energy transactions are essential. Prior experience in clean energy is preferred but not required, as training will be provided.
This position offers the opportunity to work with experienced colleagues and advise leading players in the renewable energy industry.
