  • Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance system performance, energy efficiency, and safety.
  • Conduct troubleshooting and root cause analysis to minimize production impact.
  • Participate in regulatory inspections and audits, providing technical support.
  • Prepare and review documentation, including SOPs, protocols, and reports.
  • Ensure safety standards are met and promote safe working practices.
The Candidate

We value diversity and inclusion. We are particularly interested in candidates with:

  • At least 5 years of automation/control management experience in a regulated manufacturing environment, preferably in pharmaceuticals, biotech, or life sciences.
  • Strong knowledge of PLC, SCADA, DCS, HMI, and related control systems.
  • Experience with pharmaceutical manufacturing automation, including process control, packaging, and laboratory automation.
  • Familiarity with regulatory standards like FDA and cGMP.
  • Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams and complex projects.
  • Proficiency in automation software (e.g., Siemens, Allen Bradley, Rockwell).
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
