Title: Account Director

Region: UK and Scotland (Norwich, Bristol, London, Perth, Glasgow, York, and Sheffield)

Salary: £60-70,000 per annum plus car / car allowance

Job Description

The role involves developing and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring the successful delivery of BaxterStorey services including retail, hospitality, and events. The Account Director will work closely with sales, operations, and culinary teams to meet and exceed client expectations.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring exceptional service.
  • Leading and mentoring a team of professionals and support staff, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
  • Driving business growth by identifying new opportunities.
  • Overseeing planning and execution of all services to meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Collaborating with culinary and operations teams on innovative menus and service solutions.
  • Managing budgets, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations to meet financial targets.
  • Monitoring industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead and inform strategic decisions.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
