We are currently seeking a dedicated and fully-qualified teacher to join the team at Teaching Personnel on a supply basis to work with a local school in Bolton, Greater Manchester. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced educator to make an immediate impact in a dynamic environment, helping students reach their full potential.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, engaging lessons across a range of subjects to students of varying abilities. You will manage classroom behaviour effectively, ensuring a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students. Additionally, you will be required to plan, prepare, and mark lessons as needed, ensuring that all students are appropriately challenged and supported throughout their learning journey. Regular assessment and tracking of student progress will be essential, and you will provide timely feedback and guidance to foster continuous development. Collaboration with staff members is key, and you will work closely with colleagues to help meet the school’s educational goals and ensure the smooth running of the school. Adhering to school policies and maintaining high standards of professionalism is crucial.

We are looking for a fully-qualified teacher with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) and relevant teaching experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and a strong commitment to helping students achieve their best. You should have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to adapt quickly to new environments and work effectively under pressure. A proactive, positive, and patient approach to teaching is essential. Applicants must also have a valid DBS check (or be willing to apply for one).
