Accuracy and care are central to this role. You will oversee the safe and effective operation of the pharmacy and healthcare business, leading the daily dispensary activities. You will be an expert in the technical aspects of medicine supply while delivering excellent patient care.
Guiding and supporting your pharmacy team and working closely with the Pharmacist and Store Leader, you’ll play a key role in growing our business.
You will help deliver the safe and effective running of the pharmacy and healthcare business, and lead the day-to-day running of the dispensary.
We offer an exciting career opportunity to continue your professional and pharmacy journey. You will need an NVQ Level 3 in Pharmacy Services (or equivalent), and registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council.
We value genuine passion for customer care, leadership in the dispensary team, and the ability to support pharmacy strategy.
Completion of a Medicines Counter Assistant (NVQ2) qualification or equivalent is also required.
You may wish to become an Accuracy Checking Technician (ACT); we provide the necessary training and support. Developing your healthcare knowledge through these roles will be reflected in your pay and benefits.
