Job Description:

Frazer Jones is thrilled to work exclusively with a business in Worcestershire to recruit a Senior HR Business Partner. Managing a team of two, you will be responsible for travelling across multiple sites and leading the people agenda, acting as a trusted partner to site managers, providing a professional and value-add service to the business.

Key areas of responsibility include:

• Providing a proactive generalist HR service across all areas of the lifecycle including; strategic HR leadership, employee relations and engagement, talent acquisition and retention, performance management, learning and development, compensation and benefits, change management, HR policy/compliance and HR analytics and reporting.
• As this business evolves, you will support them from a people perspective and align commercial objective to people initiatvies.
• You’ll be responsible for driving change and challenging key managers.

You have the ability to build sound, trusted relationships as well as challenge and influence the Directors and Board. You are resilient and flexible, you adapt your approach and style to engage with and influence stakeholders. You have proven ability to balance strategy with operational demands and drive change.

This role is a superb opportunity for a credible and commercially-minded HR Business Partner with HR generalist experience developed in multi-site blue-collar environments such as construction, logistics engineering or manufacturing.

This role offers significant autonomy and the opportunity to play a pivotal role in the future success of a successful, evolving family owned and run business. Salary on offer is circa £55,000 plus a car allowance. Offering hybrid working 3 days in office and 2 days working from home, with presence required in Worcestershire HQ weekly and your remaining time spent travelling to multiple sites.
