Ensure the successful delivery of our HR services

Salary £58,455 - £63,573

As our Senior HR Business Partner, you will maintain effective working relationships with HR teams across five regional forces to ensure consistent policy and recruitment for East Midlands Special Operations Unit.

What You’ll Be Doing

This is an exciting and varied role including:

  1. Providing advice and direction in the resolution of complex and sensitive cases
  2. Leading on HR advice regarding change management
  3. Managing and developing the internal HR website for EMSOU

Full time, 37 hours per week. For part-time hours, the salary will be calculated on a pro-rata basis, based on the number of hours for the vacancy.
