My London-based client is currently looking for a Senior Workday HRIS Analyst to join their support team. The role involves assisting them in their ongoing deployment of Workday.
Strong understanding of Workday configuration within any HR modules (HCM, Absence, Reporting, Recruitment, Compensation & Time Tracking, Talent, Performance, and Learning). Experience leading junior team members with configuration challenges is essential.
Previous experience in a Workday support environment is required.
The role involves supporting the client to ensure Workday's full integration with key business systems and providing support for ad hoc projects.
This is a hybrid role requiring on-site presence once a week.
