Location: Stafford | Department: Sales | Full Time

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum (depending on experience) + commission

A growing and respected supplier in the healthcare packaging and consumables sector is seeking a New Business Sales Executive to join its expanding Sales Team. About The Role

In this role, you'll be focused on identifying, approaching, and converting new business opportunities. Your day will be spent making high volumes of outbound calls, building rapport quickly, overcoming objections, and closing sales with potential customers across various sectors.

This is a fast-paced, target-driven environment where resilience, energy, and a consultative approach are key to success. You'll be supported by a collaborative team and a company that values hard work, ambition, and results.

  • Previous experience in telephone-based or outbound B2B sales
  • A natural ability to communicate, persuade, and build rapport
  • Confidence in handling objections and turning them into opportunities
  • Strong motivation to hit and exceed targets
  • Excellent time management and pipeline organisation skills
  • A self-starter mentality with a positive, enthusiastic attitude
  • A willingness to learn about the healthcare supply industry and our product offering


Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers daily
  • Identify and connect with decision-makers across relevant sectors
  • Introduce the company's products and value proposition clearly and persuasively
  • Develop trust and build strong initial relationships with prospects
  • Understand customer needs and tailor your sales approach accordingly
  • Confidently handle objections and guide prospects toward conversion
  • Close new business and secure initial orders
  • Maintain and update a healthy sales pipeline in the CRM system
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales performance targets
  • Collaborate with marketing and other sales teams to optimise campaign results
