Overview

You will be someone who enjoys sales, you get a buzz out of working to targets and are skilled at building strong business relationships.
You will focus on selling to UK independent pet stores, garden centres and veterinary clinics in and around London, and the Home Counties. Your role will be field-based and you will be provided with a company car, mobile phone, laptop, fuel card, among many other benefits.
You’ll make this role a success if can hit the ground running, be self-motivated, and are also someone who is organised, positive, curious, and driven.
Day-to-day tasks include meeting with clients, negotiating contracts, processing orders, and monitoring market trends to promote Beco products. The role requires regular travel within the designated area to meet with clients and attend industry events.
Responsibilities
•Manage the London and Home Counties territory with regular contact and visits
•Planning and executing regular days out in the field each week
•Strong focus on field sales working with Independent stockists
•Prospecting with the aim to build and expand the territory
•Carrying out promotional activities in line with marketing plans
•Building rapport and maintaining key business relationships with customers
•Achieving KPI's and annual sales targets
Skills / Attributes:
•Passionate about sales
•FMCG experience (desired but not an essential)
•Excellent communicator (in person, on email and on the phone)
•Highly motivated with good time management & organisational skills
•Target orientated and ambitious
•Inquisitive and creative, willing to challenge the norm
•Personable and outgoing
•Excellent presentation skills with attention to detail
•Full UK driving licence
•At least 2 years field sales experience
•Passionate about mission led brands
