We are now hiring Customer Service Advisors.

Who You Are

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing a warm, positive, and professional welcome. Your responsibilities include ensuring hygiene and safety, driving sales and customer retention, selling pre-packaged merchandise, and serving hot beverages.

What You Will Do

• Manage the customer database and proactively promote membership sales.
• Provide accurate information, assist customers in choosing the right membership, and promote the centre’s services.
• Assist with lead generation and communicate effectively to meet targets.
• Process transactions accurately and manage the reception area efficiently.
• Deliver first-class customer service, achieving KPIs in a target-driven sales environment.
• Build rapport and trust with customers, meeting their needs proactively.
• Manage complaints sensitively and escalate when necessary.
• Process and serve food and drinks, ensuring displays are well-presented and stocked.
• Handle deliveries, record keeping, and maintain food safety standards.
