Role: Digital Marketing Manager
Location: Guiseley, LS20
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 am- 5:00 pm.
Hybrid Working: 2 days per week from home
The Role: Our client is a vibrant and fast-growing company based in Guiseley, Leeds. They are seeking a driven and creative Digital Marketing Manager to fuel their continued expansion. This is an exciting opportunity to take the lead on diverse marketing campaigns, craft innovative strategies, and play a key role in shaping the future direction of a thriving business.
Key Responsibilities of the Digital Marketing Manager:
- Plan, launch, and manage high-performing digital campaigns across SEO, PPC, and paid social media channels.
- Drive strategies aimed at increasing website traffic, enhancing user engagement, and generating high-quality leads.
- Oversee the digital marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources across platforms for maximum ROI.
- Leverage tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Looker Studio to track performance and produce actionable reports.
- Monitor and analyse campaign results, using insights to refine strategies and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Marketing, cross-functional marketing teams, and sales to ensure unified and impactful campaigns.
- Ensure all digital initiatives adhere to brand guidelines and support the company's broader marketing objectives.
- Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, delivering each one on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and best practices to keep campaigns fresh and competitive.
- Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with overall business goals.
Skills required:- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a digital marketing role, either in-house or within an agency environment.
- Proven track record in B2B marketing, with a deep understanding of how to engage business audiences.
- Exceptional project management abilities with a talent for delivering campaigns on time and within scope.
- Self-motivated and proactive, yet collaborative and team-oriented.
- Strong grasp of key digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media.
- Proficient in analytics platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and related tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Results-focused, with a strong drive to meet and exceed performance goals.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills to interpret performance and optimise campaign outcomes.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Campaign Monitor, or similar tools.
- A creative and strategic thinker with a flair for developing impactful, original marketing campaigns.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities with ease.
- Comfortable juggling multiple projects simultaneously and thriving in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
