Job description

Role Overview

The role is part of Riello & Vok??ra (Carrier's company), a leading heating manufacturer with a product portfolio that includes domestic and light commercial gas boilers.

Main Responsibilities

• Servicing, repairing, and maintaining all Vok??ra boilers and related equipment installed at customer premises.
• Carrying out general gas works, fault diagnosis, and repairs on modern and traditional boilers, including central heating control systems.
• Communicating with customers about the operation of gas boilers, the importance of regular servicing, and explaining fault diagnoses.

Minimum Requirements

• G3 Unvented Hot Water Qualification
• Experience in domestic heating service
• Excellent customer handling and communication skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and methodical
• Teamwork skills and a positive, proactive attitude
• Valid UK driving license
• Basic administrative skills
