Full Job Description

Our client, a leading Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) company, is currently searching for an Industrial & Operational Excellence Director to be based in Athens.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Drive continuous improvement and efficiency across all operational functions with the goal of reducing costs, optimizing processes, and improving overall performance.
2. Develop and implement process improvement initiatives, including automation, standardization, and data-driven decision-making.
3. Facilitate and support the implementation of change initiatives, ensuring that employees are engaged and aligned with the new processes.

Requirements:

1. 15+ years of experience in an FMCG environment, particularly in a manufacturing context.
2. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
3. Bachelor's degree in engineering; advanced degrees are a plus.
4. Fluency in Greek is preferred but not essential.
