Our client, a leading FMCG company, is seeking an Industrial & Operational Excellence Director to lead initiatives in Athens, Greece.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive continuous improvement and efficiency across all operational functions to reduce costs, optimize processes, and enhance overall performance.
  • Develop and implement process improvement initiatives, including automation, standardization, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Facilitate and support change management initiatives, ensuring employee engagement and alignment with new processes.
Requirements:
  • 15+ years of experience in an FMCG environment, especially in manufacturing.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering; advanced degrees are advantageous.
  • Fluency in Greek is preferred but not mandatory.
