Industrial & Operational Excellence Director (Role based in Athens, GR)

Our client, a leading Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) company, is seeking an Industrial & Operational Excellence Director based in Athens.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive continuous improvement and efficiency across operational functions to reduce costs, optimize processes, and enhance performance.
• Develop and implement process improvement initiatives, including automation, standardization, and data-driven decision-making.
• Facilitate and support change initiatives, engaging employees and aligning them with new processes.

Requirements:

• 15+ years of experience in FMCG, especially in manufacturing.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering; advanced degrees are advantageous.
• Fluency in Greek is preferred but not mandatory.
