Our Administrative Assistant provides administrative and staff support services to a manager in the organizational unit. They also :

Apply basic skills and procedures

May assist in budget preparation and control activities

Assist in preparation and control of records, statistics, and reports regarding operations, personnel changes, etc.

May administer programs, projects and processes to the operating unit served

May serve as administrative liaison within and outside the company regarding administrative issues related to purchasing, personnel, facilities and operations

May orient new employees

Other duties as assigned

What do you need?

High school diploma / GED required

One to three (1-3) years of administrative experience required

Experience and skill with Google Suite

Personal time management and organizational skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Dependable and adaptable to operate within a fast-paced work environment

Must pass pre-employment background screen
