We are currently recruiting on behalf of a client in the construction sector for an experienced and proactive Accounts & Administrative Assistant. Key Responsibilities
  1. Accounts Duties:
    • Processing timesheets
    • Using Sage Accounts software (experience required)
  2. Administrative Duties:
    • Contract costing and data input
    • General filing and document management
    • Day-to-day office support
    • Supporting project administration and record keeping
Ideal Candidate
  1. Previous experience in accounts and administrative roles
  2. Familiarity with Sage Accounts software
  3. Background in the construction industry is a strong advantage
