Job summary

University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust is seeking an E-Rostering Assistant Administrator to provide frontline support for the E-Rostering systems, assist with data entry and reporting, and support staff and external customers.

You will participate in training, troubleshoot system issues, and liaise with payroll and ICT to ensure timely payroll processes and system performance.

Responsibilities

• Provide first line support and technical advice to Trust staff and external customers.
• Train staff and system users on E-Rostering systems; create support and training materials.
• Troubleshoot system software and hardware issues and escalate as needed to ICT.
• Assist with data entry and maintain accurate records and reports.
• Produce relevant reports and assist in developing training guides.
