The Workforce Information Team has a 14 month Fixed Term/Secondment vacancy for the role ofWorkforce Systems Implementation Administrator (specialising in e-rostering and e-expenses). We are currently rolling out e-rostering and Medic On Duty to our large Dental Division, and we need the post holder to continue to leadon the implementation in conjunction with the project team and promote the associated functionality.
The role requires a full hands-on ability and understanding of functionality ofe-rostering and ideally electronic expenses. The post holder will create and maintain rostering configuration, provide expert advice and training for system users, analyse the system information ensuring it is correct especially in regards to payments, and to provide management reports.
You will be working with trust managers helping them in their use of our systems and also supporting managers and HR colleagues in understanding information, identifying trends, and highlighting issues which impact on service provision.
