Qualifications

• Degree level or equivalent experience is essential.
• Experience in eRostering systems or rostering platforms is required.
• Experience participating in projects and using databases, with data-led decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the eRostering team, fostering a high-performing culture.
• Act as the Trust's expert advisor on eRostering and related systems.
• Collaborate with managers to improve roster quality, compliance and utilisation.
• Develop and maintain reporting dashboards to support informed decisions.
• Ensure governance and compliance with rostering and staffing requirements.
• Deliver training and practical support to system users.
