Role Details

Position: E-Learning and Development Coordinator

Location: Remote, with optional use of our London Old Street Office

Salary: £30,000

Our Activities
  • Managing the award-winning Supply Chain Sustainability School and the FIR programme.
  • Supporting clients with sustainability reporting tools.
  • Leading the adoption of ISO 20400 in sustainable procurement.
  • Providing bespoke advice, training, and tools to organizations like Siemens, NHS, and British Land.

The Role

The main focus is maintaining and updating a Knowledge Library of over 4,000 digital resources, ensuring content is current, innovative, and practical. You will translate stakeholder needs into relevant, up-to-date knowledge resources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understanding the objectives of the School and its audience.
  • Managing content within the resource library.
  • Building relationships with partners and subject matter experts to include new resources.
  • Advising the team on key topics and resources.
  • Overseeing content addition and system processes.
  • Collaborating with marketing to promote new knowledge.
  • Ensuring smooth platform operation.
  • Reflecting industry news and legislation in campaigns.
  • Updating and maintaining webpages with the CMS team.
  • Working with the e-learning team to produce high-quality content.
Candidate Profile
  • Degree or relevant industry experience.
  • At least one year of experience in a commercial environment.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (desirable).
  • Passion for sustainability.
  • IT and database skills.
  • Flexible, adaptable, eager to learn.
  • Self-motivated with ability to meet targets.
  • Organized with attention to detail.
  • Strong Excel and data handling skills.
  • Innovative and forward-thinking.
