Job summary

CMC Partnership Consultancy Ltd is seeking a Change Manager with active e-DV clearance to join our permanent team. The role offers hybrid working across London and Cheltenham, with on-site involvement as required.

You will lead diverse change projects for private and public sector clients, shaping change plans, communications, and stakeholder engagement. Successful candidates will bring experience in large programmes, familiarity with Prosci or ADK models, and a track record delivering change

Qualifications

• Experience across a range of themes in the people side of change.
• Familiarity with Prosci methodology and its ADKAR model.
• Certified practitioner or familiarity with core methodology.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage change plans, stakeholder engagement strategies, and local change roadmaps.
• Engage with and steer appropriate business change activity.
• Develop change communications and an engagement strategy.
• Complete and transition business change activity to business areas.
• Assist clients with evolving business processes and procedures.
• Develop stakeholder engagement plans.
• Lead workshops to assess change impact, identify stakeholder needs, and conduct training analysis.
• Act as a liaison between delivery teams and business users to ensure smooth implementation and benefit realisation.
