Overview: We are seeking an experienced and proactive E-commerce Trading Manager with a focus on TikTok Shop to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about social commerce and experienced in managing e-commerce platforms, specifically within TikTok Shop. You will be responsible for driving sales, optimizing performance, and enhancing the customer experience on our TikTok Shop platform.

Key Responsibilities

1. TikTok Shop Strategy & Trading: Develop and execute a trading plan tailored for TikTok Shop to optimize product sales, increase visibility, and maximize engagement. Align product selection, pricing, and promotional activities with TikTok's audience trends.
2. Product & Inventory Management: Oversee product assortment for TikTok Shop, ensuring availability of best-sellers. Collaborate with inventory teams to maintain accurate stock levels and manage replenishments.
3. Sales Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze metrics such as conversion rates, customer engagement, and revenue. Use insights to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
4. Campaign & Promotion Management: Plan and optimize TikTok-specific campaigns and promotions. Adjust strategies based on performance data to maximize impact.
5. Cross-team Collaboration: Work with content creators, influencers, marketing, and operations teams to align strategies and ensure seamless customer journeys.
6. Trend & Market Analysis: Monitor TikTok trends and competitor activities to inform trading and content strategies. Leverage insights for performance improvements.
7. Customer Experience Optimization: Collaborate with UX/UI designers to improve the shopping experience, focusing on engagement and navigation.
8. Reporting & Insights: Provide regular performance reports to senior management, highlighting sales, customer behavior, and growth opportunities.
