Job summary

Hawes & Curtis is seeking a Product Photographer & Retoucher to join our in‑house Studio & Production Services. You will shoot a range of products including jewellery and manage post‑production to a high standard, ensuring accurate colour and true product representation.

We require 2–4 years in an ecommerce studio, expertise in Photoshop and Capture One, and the ability to work at pace. This is a hybrid role with four days on‑site and one day from home in the UK.

Qualifications

• Education: degree level in photography or equivalent.
• Minimum 2–4 years of proven experience in an e‑commerce studio.
• Excellent punctuality and organisational skills.
• Proficiency in shooting and retouching across still life, mannequin and flat lay apparel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and shoot a variety of products including jewellery.
• Retouch still life, mannequin, flat lays and on-model images to daily postproduction targets.
• Ensure colour accuracy and true representation of products.
• Name, file, and maintain digital assets following workflow procedures.
• Collaborate with other studio departments to resolve product issues before distribution.
• Maintain image quality, file sizes, and adherence to guidelines.
• Meet daily and weekly deadlines and demonstrate initiative within a team.
