Job summary

Rappahannock Goodwill Industries (RGI) is seeking an E-Commerce Store Specialist at our Furnace Road location. You will drive the store's 100% E-Commerce effort, evaluate donated items for listing online, and partner with store management to select products to meet sales goals.

You will write clear item descriptions, price items accurately, train staff on product evaluation and pricing, and ensure timely shipment to E-Commerce platforms such as eBay and Amazon.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; 1+ year production/ disability-support experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills including internet navigation and web-browsing.
• Familiar with eBay and Amazon platforms.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and price donated products for E-Commerce and stores.
• Describe and title products with accurate keywords.
• Create and maintain product descriptions and attributes.
• Manifest products for E-Commerce.
• Record production metrics and weekly goals.
• Train store staff on product evaluation and pricing.
• Coordinate with stores to ensure timely e-commerce fulfillment.
