Placements24 is seeking a motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to drive social media and ecommerce initiatives in Randburg. You will work closely with the marketing team to create content, run campaigns, and analyze performance to grow online sales and brand visibility.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of digital marketing experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for learning in a fast-paced ecommerce environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of digital marketing experience with focus on social media and e-commerce.
• Familiarity with major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, TikTok) and their ad capabilities.
• Basic understanding of SEO and content marketing principles.
• Proficiency with social media management tools and Canva for graphics.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute social media marketing strategies across platforms to drive traffic and conversions for the e-commerce store.
• Create engaging social media content including graphics, short videos, and copy.
• Monitor social channels, respond to inquiries, and manage online community interactions.
• Assist in managing and optimizing paid social media advertising campaigns.
• Analyze social media performance metrics and contribute to regular reporting.
• Collaborate with marketing team on content creation, campaign planning and execution.
