Job summary

Our Randburg-based client is seeking a strategic Senior E-commerce Social Media Manager to lead the social media strategy, drive brand awareness, engagement and online sales. You will manage a team, oversee content creation, budgeting, and performance analysis, staying ahead of trends to deliver measurable business outcomes in a competitive market.

You will lead a team of social media coordinators and content creators, oversee content quality, and optimize paid campaigns to achieve ROI targets.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in social media marketing, with at least 3 years in a management role, preferably in e-commerce.
• Proven track record of developing and executing social media strategies that drive sales.
• Extensive experience with social media advertising platforms and analytics tools.
• Strong leadership, team management, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Deep understanding of digital marketing principles and customer behavior in online retail environments within Randburg.
