Job summary

Gap Personnel Limited is seeking an E-Comm Packer in Swindon to support a large manufacturing operation. The role involves picking and packing online orders, inspecting items, labelling, and ensuring timely dispatch from a busy warehouse environment.

Rotational shifts via 6am–2pm and 10am–6pm, Monday to Friday, with a temporary ongoing contract. On-site work with opportunities to progress for committed staff who show reliability and work ethic.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse environment and e-commerce department.
• Good knowledge of warehouse processes and procedures.
• Experience in the use of scanning equipment.

£13.10 per hour, raising to £13.45 after 12 weeks

Gap personnel are proud to be working together with a largest global manufacturer of Lead-Acid and Lithium-ion batteries based in Swindon, who are currently looking for 3 E-comm packers to join and to support busy Manufacturing company.

Job Duties

• Picking and packing items according to online orders.
• Inspecting items for damage or discrepancies.
• Weighing and labelling packages.
• Ensuring timely dispatch of shipments.
• Maintaining cleanliness and order in packing areas.
• Using barcode scanners and inventory management systems

Working hours

Rotational shifts Monday to Friday 6am – 2pm / 10am – 6pm – the shift is rotational so you must do both

Pay Rates

• £13.10 p/h raising to £13.45 after 12 weeks.

Due to nature of the business, Health and Safety induction and walkaround will be held on site. Prior maths test to be completed by the candidate, and sent back to agency representative for positive verification. All interviews will be held on site too.
