Job summary

Roar Studios is a Leeds/Harrogate-based digital marketing agency specialising in ecommerce solutions. We seek a Marketing Assistant with at least 1 year of ecommerce marketing experience to support a range of campaigns for ecommerce clients.

You'll work across CRM, PPC, social, email, and website management, with the opportunity to manage your own ecommerce clients as you grow. Based in Leeds/Harrogate area, with the Harrogate head office as a base.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in e-commerce marketing or aligned industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision making in ecommerce context.
• Familiarity with ecommerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, BigCommerce).
• Proficiency with Google Analytics and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Support marketing campaigns across CRM, PPC, paid and organic social, email, and website management.
• Assist with administrative tasks, scheduling, and client coordination to keep operations smooth.
• In time, manage your own ecommerce clients as an internal Ecommerce Marketing Consultant.
• Create and send email campaigns using Klaviyo, Dotdigital, and Mailchimp.
• Update website content, build landing pages, and assist in CRO audits.
• Draft marketing content and help manage social media accounts.
• Monitor Google Analytics, track campaign performance, and provide insights to improve conversion rates.
• Support projects, liaise with clients, and help execute ecommerce marketing strategies.
