Cake Craft Company is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager (E-commerce) to lead and grow its UK digital marketing function from London or Birmingham. The role is office-based and focuses on creating a scalable, data-driven marketing operation across all digital channels to boost online revenue.

The ideal candidate will bring 6–8 years of digital marketing experience in e-commerce, strong leadership skills, and a track record of measurable ROI.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in e‑commerce or D2C.
• Minimum 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Proven experience managing and developing marketing teams.
• Demonstrated success in driving online revenue growth and customer acquisition.
• Experience with Shopify or similar e‑commerce platforms is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Cake Craft's digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives and revenue targets.
• Own digital marketing performance against revenue, acquisition, retention, and profitability goals.
• Coordinate cross-channel campaigns and ensure alignment between SEO, content, email, influencer activity, and commercial objectives.
• Build processes, governance, and performance metrics for a growing marketing function.
• Provide strategic direction, leadership, and oversight across all digital marketing disciplines.
