Job summary

Belier is seeking a highly analytical Financial Controller to own the day-to-day finance function for a fast-growing e-commerce and wholesale business. The role covers monthly management accounts, P&L and cash-flow reporting, invoicing, credit control, payroll, supplier payments and financial analysis.

You will work with external accountants and CFO to ensure VAT, year-end accounts and statutory reporting are accurate and timely, providing clear visibility over revenue, profitability and cash

Qualifications

• Experience preparing monthly management accounts, P&L and cash-flow reporting.
• Proven ability to manage invoicing, credit control, payroll and supplier payments.
• Strong financial analysis skills and accuracy in records, VAT, year-end and statutory reporting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and management accounts.
• Analyse performance against budgets and forecasts; identify variances and trends.
• Maintain cash-flow forecasts and manage accounts payable/receivable.
• Process payroll and supplier payments; manage credit control and overdue accounts.
• Reconcile bank, Xero and ecommerce revenue (Shopify) and financial systems.
