Experienced Founder's Associate, Operations and HR Leader with Finance Background | Process Improvement Specialist

E-commerce Executive

About the Role:

Snuggz, a leading UK fashion brand under AC GLOBAL BRANDING LIMITED, is seeking a talented and driven E-commerce Executive to join our London team. This is a full-time role requiring a minimum of 3 days office attendance per week. As an E-commerce Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving online sales and enhancing the customer experience on our e-commerce platform. This position is initially a 6-month contract with the potential to become a permanent role.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Website Management: Take ownership of the websites, execute trading calendars to achieve targets, manage day-to-day website activities, website merchandising, product launches, UX optimisation, and execute promotional activity.
  2. Marketing Campaign Delivery: Plan, brief, and execute global and regional campaigns across the website and marketing channels, working with the global team to obtain the right assets, and with agencies for timely execution.
  3. Operations Oversight: Maintain an agreed level of stock cover across all SKUs and ensure timely fulfilment of orders to all customers.
  4. Trading: Support and execute trade and marketing plans, provided by the E-commerce Lead, with effective online merchandising, pricing, and promotional strategy.
  5. User Experience Optimisation: Identify new initiatives for improvements and ensure an exceptional customer experience by optimising the website's usability, design, and functionality. Combine the A/B testing roadmap with support from the E-commerce Lead to enhance the online shopping journey and improve overall site performance.
  6. Analysis & Reporting: Own the data analysis of the websites to identify opportunities in consumer profiling and targeting, working with the wider team. Analyse and regularly report on e-commerce performance based on a set of agreed metrics. Build an understanding of customer behaviour to drive future decision-making. Financially manage ROI, CTR, ROAS, and conversion rate.
  7. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with the supporting Marketing, Digital, Customer Service, and Supply Chain team members to ensure a cohesive and integrated online presence and a smooth and efficient operation.
  8. E-commerce Management: Manage and optimise our e-commerce website, ensuring a seamless user experience.
  9. Product Listing: Create and maintain accurate and engaging product listings, including descriptions, images, and pricing.
  10. Digital Marketing: Implement effective digital marketing strategies to drive traffic to our website and increase online sales, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media marketing.
  11. Sales Analysis: Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of online campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
  12. Customer Experience: Provide excellent customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  13. Inventory Management: Work closely with the buying team to ensure optimal stock levels and manage inventory effectively.
  14. Merchandising: Plan and execute online merchandising strategies, including product placement, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
  15. Website Optimisation: Continuously optimise the website for speed, mobile responsiveness, and conversion rate.

Required Skills and Experience:

  1. Minimum 3 years of proven experience in e-commerce, preferably within the fashion industry.
  2. Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify) and digital marketing tools.
  3. Experience using Shopify, Google Analytics, and building CRM communications essential.
  4. Experience with Google Adwords desirable.
  5. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  7. A passion for fashion and a keen interest in e-commerce trends.
  8. Knowledge of SEO best practices.
