We’re on the hunt for a tech-savvy, data-driven, and creative E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Manager to supercharge D2C growth across the UK & EU.

If you're an expert in Paid Social and e-commerce strategy, this is your chance to make a major impact on an iconic basketball lifestyle brand.

What You’ll Do:

Website Management:

  • Oversee e-commerce site development with 3rd-party developers
  • Optimize navigation, collections, UX, and product launches
  • Align online product drops with inventory & marketing priorities

Digital Marketing & Paid Social:

  • Plan, launch, & optimize Paid Social campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest)
  • Run A/B tests, audience segmentation, and bidding strategies
  • Monitor metrics, deliver insights, and manage budgets
  • Collaborate with creative/content teams to ensure ad impact
  • Deliver clear performance reports & sales forecasts
  • Manage marketing calendar and online trading budget
  • Track trends to stay ahead of the curve

Inventory Management:

  • Coordinate inventory with merchandising and logistics teams
  • Ensure site readiness ahead of key launches and promos

What You’ll Bring:

  • 4+ years in e-commerce or digital marketing (sportswear or footwear ideal)
  • Proven success in Paid Social: Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Pinterest
  • Deep experience with Shopify/Shopify+
