E-Commerce / Digital Marketing Manager

London, UK (Hybrid/Remote)

We’re working EXCLUSIVELY with a leading travel brand that’s looking for an experienced E-Commerce / Digital Marketing Manager to take ownership of their online sales and digital strategy. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s digital presence, enhancing the customer journey, and delivering growth across key e-commerce channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the e-commerce and digital marketing strategy
  • Oversee website performance, UX, and conversion optimisation
  • Manage SEO, PPC, email and social campaigns
  • Collaborate with digital agencies to drive SEO and PPC performance
  • Use data analytics to track KPIs, report on ROI, and inform strategy
  • Work closely with internal teams on content, campaigns, and site updates
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5–8 years’ experience in e-commerce or digital marketing (travel/tourism/hospitality ideal)
  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO/SEM, and CMS platforms
  • Proven ability to manage digital agencies and drive ROI
  • Analytical mindset with excellent project management skills
  • Data-driven with experience in conversion rate optimisation and performance tracking.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Confident communicator with a proactive mindset and commercial awareness.
  • Digital marketing certifications (e.g. Google, HubSpot, CIM) are a bonus.
