Job summary

The Best Connection is seeking an E-Commerce Administrator to support the online arm of a growing business from Besthorpe, Norfolk. The role offers a Monday–Friday pattern, an hourly pay rate of 13–14 GBP, and a chance to contribute to the expansion of an established online operation.

You will manage product listings on Amazon and eBay, upload new products, respond to customer enquiries, and help maintain accurate pricing, stock, descriptions and overall listing quality.

Qualifications

• Experience in an e-commerce, online sales or administration role.
• Essential experience using Amazon Seller Central and eBay business platforms.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Confident communicator with a professional approach.
• Self-motivated and able to manage workload effectively.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day running of the company's e-commerce platforms.

Location: Besthorpe, Norfolk

Pay: 13.00 - 14.00 per hour (Depending on Experience)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting the day-to-day running of the company's e-commerce platforms
• Managing and maintaining product listings across Amazon, eBay and other online marketplaces
• Uploading new products and updating existing listings
• Monitoring online orders and customer enquiries
• Ensuring product descriptions, pricing and stock levels are accurate and up to date
• Assisting with the development and maintenance of online sales channels
• Working closely with colleagues to support business growth and customer satisfaction

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience in an e-commerce, online sales or administration role
• Essential experience using Amazon Seller Central and eBay business platforms

• Good IT skills and confidence using online systems and software

Additional Information

Due to the rural location of the site in Besthorpe, own transport is highly desirable.
