Job summary

The Best Connection is seeking an experienced E-Commerce Administrator to support and maintain the online side of their operation in Besthorpe. This temporary to permanent role offers £13.00–£14.00 per hour DOE and a Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm schedule.

You will manage product listings across Amazon, eBay and other marketplaces, upload new products, update listings, monitor orders and customer enquiries, and help grow online channels with a proactive team.

• Proficient with Amazon Seller Central and eBay.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail.
• Professional communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day running of e-commerce platforms.

Our client, a well-established and expanding business specialising in fuel additives, engine lubricants and automotive performance products, is seeking an experienced E-Commerce Administrator to support and maintain the online side of their operation on a temporary to permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting the day-to-day running of the company's e-commerce platforms
• Managing and maintaining product listings across Amazon, eBay and other online marketplaces
• Uploading new products and updating existing listings
• Monitoring online orders and customer enquiries
• Ensuring product descriptions, pricing and stock levels are accurate and up to date
• Assisting with the development and maintenance of online sales channels
• Working closely with colleagues to support business growth and customer satisfaction

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience in an e-commerce, online sales or administration role
• Essential experience using Amazon Seller Central and eBay business platforms
• Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
• Confident communicator with a professional approach
• Self-motivated and able to manage workload effectively
• A positive team player with a proactive attitude
• Good IT skills and confidence using online systems and software

Additional Information

Due to the rural location of the site in Besthorpe, own transport is highly desirable.
