Warwick College Group is seeking a lecturer with a strong background in dyslexia support and exam access arrangements. The role involves contributing to teaching, coordinating assessments, and liaising with inclusion teams to deliver tailored support for students across college sites.

Qualifications

• A full teaching qualification equivalent to Level 5 DET or PGCE.
• Postgraduate Level 7 qualification in Assessing for Access Arrangements / Individual Specialist Assessment.
• Strong Administrative skills, including IT skills with the ability to use appropriate dyslexia software packages.
• Willingness to undertake continuing professional development (CPD).

Responsabilités

• Contribute to teaching programme up to 864 hours per annum (full-time hours equivalent).
• Produce reports identifying candidate requirements for external examinations.
• Arrange and monitor exam concessions with the Head of Inclusion.
• Monitor progress of students with dyslexia and provide relevant data.
• Collaborate with Dyslexia Team Coordinator and other specialists to develop dyslexia support.
• Maintain communication with PLAs, Inclusion Team and lecturers to ensure appropriate support.
