Our Microsoft Partner Client is actively seeking to appoint a D365 F&O Finance Systems Analyst to join their expanding team. This role involves acting as the primary contact for support, handling system issues, performing functional enhancements, and ensuring high client satisfaction through ongoing support. The role is mainly remote, with occasional travel to London client sites.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance roles, especially Order to Cash.
• Minimum of 3 years working with D365 F&O.
• Experience with Microsoft CE systems is a plus.
• Strong support capabilities, SLAs, principles, and tools understanding.
• Ability to develop and execute support strategies.
• Leadership and mentoring experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, IT, or related field.
• MBA is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide post-go-live support for Dynamics 365 and related modules (OTC, R2R).
• Handle client queries, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents per SLAs.
• Analyze system performance, identify issues, and suggest corrective actions.
• Perform testing of updates, patches, and upgrades.
• Manage system configurations and document change requests with architects.
• Maintain technical and functional documentation.
• Escalate complex issues to technical teams or Microsoft as needed.
• Collaborate during system enhancements, upgrades, or customizations.
• Monitor and improve support processes for continuous improvement.
• Maintain incident, service request, and problem resolution frameworks.
