**Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE, BC, F&O) & Power Platform Recruitment Consultant**

Position: D365 F&O Team Leader, up to £65K!

Pearson Carter is partnering with a growing global end user based in the UK/Europe. They are seeking a D365 F&O Team Lead to manage a small team of three professionals. The ideal candidate should possess strong F&O knowledge and proven leadership experience.

They offer an excellent salary of up to £65K, depending on experience, along with 25 days holiday and home-based working options.

Responsibilities

1. Lead, coach, and motivate a small team of F&O professionals.
2. Collaborate closely with the Head of Business Applications to manage team pipeline and objectives.
3. Manage and support team members, leveraging hands-on F&O expertise to oversee implementations.
4. Assist the team in delivering objectives and enhancing D365 understanding.

Experience

1. At least 3 years of experience with D365 F&O.
2. Proven coaching, mentoring, and training skills.
3. Industry experience in manufacturing is desirable.
4. Experience working with cross-functional teams globally.
5. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Location

This role is remote but may require travel to UK and Denmark offices. UK citizens or ILR candidates only; no sponsorship provided.
