Qualifications

• Experience as a CRM architect familiar with MS Dynamics, particularly F&O and CE.

• UK-based and willing to travel occasionally.

The CRM is currently used in parts of the business and functions well. The goal now is to implement it across the entire organization.

The Architect needs to understand the business requirements and design suitable solutions and features to ensure successful adoption and maximize CRM benefits.

This role involves technical hands-on work and high-level design, making it a challenging but rewarding position if executed well.

You will be responsible for the successful design, implementation, deployment, and adoption of the overall solution.

You will be supported by a team of D365 developers and systems support analysts.

There are ample resources; you will not manage the team but will have task management responsibilities and access to a talented, willing team of developers.

We need

An experienced CRM architect familiar with MS Dynamics, particularly F&O and CE.

Someone confident in handling stakeholders.

You need to be based in the UK and willing to travel occasionally (about once a quarter).

Relevant qualifications and education are preferred but not essential.
