Job summary

Zenith is seeking a Dynamics 365 Tech Lead to drive the development and evolution of our Dynamics 365 platform. You will partner with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable CRM and automation solutions that support business growth and improve customer experiences.

You will lead technical workstreams, provide guidance to colleagues, and champion best practices across design, development, testing and release, while focusing on performance and reliability.

We are currently looking for a Dynamics 365 Tech Lead to join our technology function. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the development and enhancement of our Dynamics 365 platform, helping to deliver innovative solutions that support business performance, improve customer experiences and enable future growth. You will work closely with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure our CRM and automation capabilities continue to evolve and deliver value.

You will join a collaborative technology team focused on delivering reliable, scalable and customer-focused solutions. The team works closely with colleagues across the business to drive innovation, efficiency and continuous improvement.
