Job summary

Venture seeks a Solution Architect to lead end-to-end design for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations transformations. You will align business objectives with enterprise standards, delivering scalable, integrated solutions across finance and operations.

You will mentor teams, engage executive stakeholders, and support pre-sales activities while ensuring governance and best practices across the programme.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of ERP implementation experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Experience designing enterprise-scale solutions and transformation programmes.
• Strong governance, security, and performance understanding.
• Experience leading architecture workshops and pre-sales shaping.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution architecture across Dynamics 365 F&O programmes.
• Define scalable enterprise solutions aligned to business objectives and industry best practices.
• Provide architectural governance across Finance, Supply Chain, Commerce, Manufacturing, and integrations.
• Lead architecture workshops and solution playback sessions.
• Mentor consultants, architects, and technical teams.
