Job summary

Expleo is seeking an experienced Solution Architect to lead the architecture and solution design for a major Commercial Insurance Dynamics 365 CRM/Workbench transformation programme. You will shape the solution from inception, aligning business objectives with a target technology landscape while ensuring architectural consistency across the project.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders, delivery teams and technical leads, providing guidance on Azure cloud technologies and enterprise

Qualifications

Experience with Azure DevOps and Agile delivery.
Strong Solution Architecture experience in enterprise transformations.
Commercial Insurance knowledge is beneficial.
Strong Azure/Cloud architecture experience.
Experience with Dynamics 365 is required.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end solution architecture for Dynamics 365 CRM/Workbench transformation.
Shape architecture from early design through delivery.
Ensure consistency across designs and delivery.
Collaborate with stakeholders, delivery teams and tech leads.
Provide guidance aligned to Azure cloud technologies.
Support Agile delivery and Azure DevOps approaches.
Contribute to AI/LLM capabilities, e.g., document triage and comprehension.
Drive best practices in integration, scalability, security and governance.
Produce clear architecture documentation and communicate complex concepts.
