Job summary

Nigel Frank is seeking an experienced D365 Project Manager to lead remote delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform projects for diverse clients. You will oversee end-to-end execution, engage with customers and technical teams, and drive PMO process improvements to support growth.

The role emphasizes strong planning, budgeting and stakeholder management in a remote consultancy setting. Previous ERP/CRM project success, PRINCE2/PMP, and Azure DevOps familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous experience delivering IT implementation projects as a Project Manager.
• Experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform projects is highly desirable.
• Relevant project management qualification (PRINCE2, APM, PMP or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform implementation projects.
• Create and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets and resource plans.
• Track project progress, risks, issues and dependencies, ensuring stakeholders informed.
• Coordinate internal delivery teams and manage customer expectations across multiple concurrent projects.
• Monitor project budgets and hours against forecasts, highlighting commercial risks.
• Define project tasks, monitor deliverables and ensure actions are completed on time.
