Job summary

ANS Group is seeking a Dynamics 365 and Power Platform Engineer to deliver expert support across Dynamics 365, Dataverse and the Power Platform. You will resolve complex issues, manage escalations and drive service improvements while mentoring junior engineers.

You will collaborate with customers and colleagues to maintain and enhance customer solutions within the managed service scope, ensuring SLA achievement and a first-class customer experience.

Qualifications

• Hands-on support for Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dataverse and Power Platform in live customer environments.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Sales, Customer Insights Journeys and Field Service.
• Strong troubleshooting across model-driven apps, canvas apps and Power Automate, including integrations.
• Knowledge of Dataverse security, governance, licensing and environment strategy.
• Experience with ALM, deployments, pipelines and Azure DevOps.
• Ability to mentor engineers and contribute to technical standards and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver expert support and technical guidance across Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Power Platform and related technologies.
• Investigate and resolve complex incidents, owning escalations and high-impact issues.
• Support configuration, maintenance and enhancement of customer solutions within managed service processes.
• Mentor engineers through technical guidance, knowledge sharing and investigations.
• Build relationships with customers and stakeholders, participate in service reviews and handovers.
