Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Field Service lead in the United Kingdom to drive complex builds and mentor a small technical team. You will set technical standards and guide delivery across projects.

You will collaborate with the Field Service Architect to translate designs into resilient, scalable solutions while shaping release processes and best practices.

Qualifications

• Substantial hands-on experience building, extending, and supporting Dynamics 365 Field Service solutions.
• Strong working knowledge of the wider Power Platform and Dataverse.
• Experience leading or mentoring junior technical staff.

• Strong development skills across relevant stack (C#, JavaScript or TypeScript, plugins, Logic Apps, Power Automate).
• Practical experience with Dynamics ALM, environment strategy, source control, and release pipelines.
• Experience leading or mentoring more junior technical staff.
