What you’ll be doing:

• Leading the design, development, and deployment of solutions on Dynamics 365.
• Working closely with business analysts and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Keeping everything organised by producing clear and comprehensive documentation.
• Managing your time and helping track project progress to ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Participating in code reviews to maintain high code quality and performance.
• Staying ahead of the game by keeping up with the latest technologies and trends in Dynamics 365.
• Providing support for bug fixes and ongoing development as needed.

What my client is looking for:

• Solid experience in Dynamics 365 development, including Dynamics CRM.
• A good understanding of the Microsoft stack, including .NET, C#, and SQL Server.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 for Sales, Customer Service, Power Platform, and Azure.
• Strong communication skills, able to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to stay calm and focused under pressure.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Azure DevOps, JIRA, or Trello.
• Confidence in dealing with people at all levels within the business.
• Experience working with both internal teams and external/3rd-party partners.
